In order to qualify for the state championship tournament, the Jaguars won their regular season BAYS division, followed by winning the BAYS post season tournament championship. Upon reaching the state tournament, they won all three of their group stage games, followed by semi-final and final victories to bring home their medals.
The Jaguars won their semi-final game versus Waltham on penalty kicks after regulation and two five minute periods of extra time. They then took home the championship with a 3-1 victory over Grafton. For the 2016 season, the Jaguars were 13-2-1. For the three seasons they have played in BAYS division 1, their record was 23-5-2, which is an astounding accomplishment at that level of play.
