Lexington Youth Lacrosse would like to share some exciting news for the scoreboards at Lincoln Park project. We presented this to the town Recreation Committee last night. They voted 4-0 to accept the donation of scoreboards and to work with the Recreation Department on the details of this project. This is exciting news!
Thank you to everyone who wrote letters in support of this project. The Recreation Committee was happy to see the support from so many different user groups.
Many of you have asked how you and your program can help:
As you know we have kicked off our “Dinner for 2 Anywhere in the World” raffle. We would love your help to spread the word and encourage your programs families and friends to purchase raffle tickets. I am happy to pass out raffle tickets to you or anyone who would like to buy or selling them.
Here are the details of the raffle:
The Fundraiser: Dinner for 2 Anywhere in the World
Prizes:
Grand Prize
Dinner for 2 anywhere in the world $4000 max, airfare, 2 nights lodging included, booked by LYL travel agent
Second Prize
Dinner for 2 anywhere in the continental US, $1500 max, airfare, 2-night lodging included, booked by LYL travel agent
Third Prize
Dinner for 2 anywhere in Massachusetts, $650 max, 1-night lodging included, booked by LYL travel agent
The cost of a ticket is $20, and winners will be drawn June 12th at 7pm.
The winner does not need to be present to win and does not need to be a Lexington resident. However, the winner must be 18 years of age or older. One key restriction is we cannot use the US Mail to deliver raffle tickets.
